	Terms All agreements must be in writing (includes email) prior to commencing the project. The agreement must include a full description of services required, house style (if appropriate), deadline and fee payable. Large projects may be payable in instalments. Postage and packaging costs are in addition to proofreading/editing costs. Businesses: An invoice will be sent on completion of the project. Full payment is to be made within 30 days. Individuals: An invoice for the total fee is to be paid in advance. If the invoice is based on an estimated fee, then this is to be paid in advance and the remainder is to be paid on completion of the project. In certain situations, a proportion of the fee (estimated or actual) is paid in advance and the remainder on completion of the project.
